Tresemme Naturals Shampoo & Conditioner

I bought this product at Walgreens $5.99 ea. I heard very good things about it so I decided to give it a try. The conditioner is AWESOME! but the shampoo gets a thumbs down. I needed to switch up my shampoo and conditioner because its not good to have your hair get used to the same products. Even though the shampoo sucks I'm still going to use it and then I'm switching back to Pantene Relaxed & Natural Shampoo and Conditioner..

Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol

My absolute favorite pre-poo conditioner. Whenever I do a blow-out I always pre-poo my hair. I think anytime you apply heat to your hair always use a heat-protectant and pre-poo your hair before cleansing it, so you can retain the moisture in your hair. Plus this product is very cheap and affordable. You can find it at your local dollar store, beauty supply stores, Walmart, or Kmart etc.

Pantene Relaxed & Natural Shampoo and Conditioner

"Pantene's unique shampoo & conditioner system with oil-enriched formulas helps defend and moisturize each strand.

Hair is soft, tamed and strong against future damage.

Moisturizing formula protects from breakage to help women of color grow healthy-looking hair
Cleansers gently remove build-up from fragile African American hair without drying
Gentle enough for chemically-relaxed or natural African-American hair"

- I've used this product ever since I was relaxed and I still use it now that I'm natural. I am also a firm believer in switching up products so once I run out, I'm thinking about trying the Creme of Nature Shampoo and Conditioner, but i need to do more research on it. But the Pantene Pro-V for Women of Color doesn't strip my hair when I shampoo and it still leaves my hair soft and manageable. In the shampoo I add alittle bit of Olive Oil for extra moisture.

Let Me Introduce Myself...

My name is Jasmine, and I was born and raised in Delaware but I currently reside in Maryland. On September 24, 2009 was the day I decided to do my big chop and go au naturale. I wanted to create a blog so that anything I may not cover on my YouTube videos, people who follow me can have another source of information.
